The Blues have had almost 50 appointed Club captains, from the very first in the Club's history, Nick Ross, to current skipper Seamus Coleman.

Famous names at Everton - and football in general - to have worn the armband, are Dixie Dean, Alan Ball, Howard Kendall, Brian Labone, Kevin Ratcliffe, Dave Watson and Duncan Ferguson.
